I am a curator of fine wellness.

I have long been an advocate of healthy eating, conscious living, mindful practices and respecting our Mother Earth.

I founded this company in Boulder Colorado in 2015 to help you live your most extraordinary life, however you define it.

I believe in supporting you in the way you need it most.  Sometimes you may need healing and recovery, other times you may wish to be provided comfort, or you might just need a helping hand on your journey through life.

I am passionate about serving you, and if you contact our company, it shouldn’t be surprising if you get a personal answer from me.

Whole Food Biotin

When our Founder created SolaGarden Naturals, her Mom was being treated to prevent a very aggressive form of cancer from returning in her body.  She was taking a synthetic biotin product to help improve her thinning hair and dry skin, so Kristy did some research to find out exactly what it was made from.  What she found was not good.  She found that over 99% of the biotin on the market today is synthetic and made from undisclosed chemicals.  At that point, she made it her mission to find a pure plant-based source of biotin that her Mom could take and not risk putting unnecessary chemicals into her body.  After a year of searching, Kristy located a USDA Certified Organic source of Biotin and began production immediately.  Whole Food Biotin became a very special product inspired by Kristy’s beautiful, loving Mom.  We invite you to watch the video below to find out why…

SolaGarden Naturals only sources the most pure, effective and nutritious ingredients for use in all our products. They must past rigorous testing for purity and potency before we offer them to our customers. We use top quality ingredients including patented Orgen-Bio, a natural plant-based source of organic biotin that is water extracted from 100% certified organic Sesbania Agati trees, certified organic whole turmeric root, standardized 95% curcumin extract, patented BioPerine to increase bio-availability and enhance absorption, and organic ceylon (true) cinnamon.

It all starts with you… because with every product you purchase, you support a person who can use some help. SolaGarden Naturals will donate a percentage of net profits to Big Green, a non-profit building a national school food culture that promotes youth wellness. They are connecting kids to real food through a network of Learning Gardens and food literacy programs.

Big Green was founded in 2011 by Kimbal Musk and Hugo Matheson. Kimbal and Hugo co-founded The Kitchen Restaurant Group together in 2004 and were supporting local school garden initiatives through their restaurants. They were inspired by the way school gardens can help kids increase their preference for nutritious foods, develop healthier responses to stress, and improve their academic performance. They wanted to find a way to achieve that same kind of local impact at scale, so that children all over the country could reap the benefits of a thriving school garden.

Kimbal and Hugo founded Big Green, formerly The Kitchen Community, in order to create a replicable, scalable school garden solution. They built the first-ever Learning Garden in Denver, Colorado at Schmitt Elementary, where it still thrives today.

Kristy founded this company to help you discover your own definition of wellness and live your most extraordinary life.  She is the passion behind the brand and will do whatever it takes to bring you the finest and purest ingredients in every product.  When she’s not tirelessly pursuing the best ingredients in the world, she may be spending time with her two beautiful children and husband, playing her harp somewhere out in nature, or otherwise making the most of her extraordinary life in Colorado.

Samantha Marmer

Manufacturing and Operations

Samantha makes sure everything is exactly as it should be from selecting ethical suppliers of raw material to overseeing quality during the manufacturing process to ensuring a perfect final product.  When she’s not creating the finest supplements available, she enjoys water activities in the hot Miami sun, traveling and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Mary Matthews

Advisor | MultiPassionate Entrepreneur

Mary meets regularly with Kristy as part of a Mastermind group with a clear purpose of setting and accomplishing both personal and professional goals.  She is part entrepreneur, part family CEO, part recovering perfectionist, expert collaborator and problem solver.  She is the founder and owner of BoomBuster, a noise mask for annoying bass boom, as well as the owner of RescueTech, a nationwide Electronic Restoration and consulting company.  Mary thrives when given the opportunity to shine the light of questioning and truth upon otherwise uncomfortable facts (sometimes known as problems too close to see). Gathering together the right thinkers and watching the magic of solution happen right before her eyes is what brings her the absolute most contentment.

Lylah

Chief Door Greeter and Guest Announcer

Lylah reminds everyone to make the most of each moment.  She loves each person she meets and invites all newcomers to give her a good scratch before they can go about their business.  She knows how to get her Vitamin D by following the sun from window to window, is the ultimate couch potato, and always knows when it’s lunch time.  She takes her organic Turmeric Curcumin daily to keep her joints moving and tail wagging. No one would ever guess she’s no longer a puppy! She’s affectionately known as Licky Lylah Wigglebutt.
